Grace is responsible for deal sourcing, business development, and fundraising. Grace joined Midloch in 2022 as an Analyst Intern and joined the team full-time in 2023. She graduated from Marquette University with a BS in commercial real estate and finance with an emphasis in the Real Estate Asset Program (REAP), as well as a minor in Spanish Literature, Language, and Culture. Outside of the office, Grace loves to do pilates, read, spend time at the lake, and take on new hobbies.
