Brandon joined Midloch in early 2023 as a Managing Director, responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities and strategic partnerships. This includes managing relationships with operating partners as well as the brokerage community.
Prior to Midloch, Brandon spent eight years as the VP of Real Estate for RealCrowd, an online equity syndication and crowdfunding platform. During this time, he originated more than $6 billion in commercial real estate and multifamily investment opportunities for RealCrowd’s investor base.
Prior to RealCrowd, Brandon was a partner with Palmer Capital, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Northern California. In seven years, Brandon was directly responsible for transactions exceeding $2 billion.
In the years leading up to his professional career in commercial real estate, Brandon fulfilled eight years of military service with the United States Marine Corps, receiving multiple meritorious promotions. As a Sergeant, Brandon earned several awards and citations, including the Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year Award, and the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal during his tour in Iraq.
Brandon married his high school sweetheart and both he and his wife attended the University of Arizona. He proudly received the Department Head award for excelling in his studies while sustaining many outside responsibilities and deployments. When not working, you’ll find him on the soccer field with his two amazing daughters, losing a few too many balls on the golf course, or enjoying the water and sunshine in Lake Almanor.
