As a Fund Accountant, Tim is responsible for assisting the controller with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financials, along with ad hoc responsibilities as needed. Prior to Midloch, Tim started his career in public accounting in the audit practice at KPMG, specializing in real estate clients. Tim has experience analyzing and reviewing financial statements as he had successfully completed two audits for both public and private real estate clients. Tim graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a BBA in accounting and a Master of Accountancy. Outside of work, Tim likes to play sports with friends, downhill ski, bike, and cook food with his friends and family.
