Isaacs Garage

The Isaacs Parking Garage is a 738-stall parking structure located in Milwaukee’s Westown neighborhood.

Westown is currently undergoing a renaissance that includes over $1 billion of investment including the Convention Center Expansion ($500 million), Fiserv Forum ($520 million), Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra ($150 million), and several other projects that is projected to draw continued demand to this location. 

The property is being managed by a Milwaukee-based operator, Interstate Parking, who operates over 265 locations and approximately 66,000 stalls across the country. Midloch’s investment is in a preferred equity position which provides additional security in the capital stack.
