At the time of closing, Midloch successfully signed a binding 15-year NNN lease with VASA Fitness, a Utah-based health club operator, to occupy the space.

The Fox Creek Marketplace is located at a signalized corner in a busy shopping area. The Property is directly across the street from a King Soopers (Kroger) that had 1.4M visitors in 2024.
