Midloch Value Fund III is focused on discounted and distressed real estate investment. Thsi Fund targets value-added returns of 13% - 17% through Midloch's unique investment strategy.


Fund III's Focus

Midloch will focus on undervalued real estate by providing rescue capital or acquiring distressed or discounted real estate. Midloch is unique in its ability to invest across the capitial stack as a Co-GP Equity Investor, LP Equity Investor, or taking a dept position.
