Midloch is pleased to offer the opportunity to participate in a $8 million preferred equity investment for the Moir Park II Industrial Net Lease Portfolio (“Moir Park II”). Moir Park II is a collection of 17 buildings totaling 309,340 square feet spread across various locations (collectively, “the Portfolio”). Moir Park II is a highly coveted asset type due to the fenced-in outdoor storage at each location, which increases each asset’s functionality and lease renewal potential. Midloch's investment will be used to acquire a preferred equity investment in the Portfolio and buy out a former large investor in the Portfolio investment who is exiting the investment due to a sunsetting investment period.
