As Associate Director, Kevin is responsible for due diligence and asset management for Midloch's portfolio. Prior to joining Midloch in 2021, Kevin worked at Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE: DOC) as a Financial Analyst in their asset management group. He was responsible for the budgeting and ongoing financial projections to operate approximately five million square feet of high-quality medical office space located in the western half of the United States. Kevin received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Marquette University. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Emma, and exploring the outdoors during all seasons. He often finds himself running, biking, or skiing.
