Midloch | PLG Credit Fund I offers investors access to secured debt positions in commercial real estate with a targeted 10% current pay and 13% IRR.
By focusing on second mortgages, mezzanine loans, and A/B notes, the Fund provides strong downside protection by priming all developer equity and maintaining leverage at or below 70% loan-to-value. This structure allows investors to capture double-digit returns while preserving a senior position to sponsor equity.
